Reaching Out is a statue created by Thomas J. Price that was part of The free public art walk called The Line.

The statue was created to embody an every day mordern black woman. She joins the few staues that exist of black women in the UK.

A smaller version of Reaching Out is on dispaly at the National Portrait Gallery.
